Dear Barbara,

I wanted to thank you for all of the assistance you have provided me over the past year with helping to get NuKitchen started. Last summer, when we approached your organization to rent space, little did I realize how much support I would need. As a young entrepreneur, I needed to learn a lot about food service, beyond what I learned in my restaurant management certification course. Between you, Kathrine Gregory, and Robin Chesser, I was able to develop essential skills for managing a growing business in food service, i.e., food production, equipment management, cooking process flows. More importantly, we have been able to create over 15 new jobs for employees, many of whom live in the Bronx, near the Urban Horizons organization.

Your organization literally enabled me to start NuKitchen. Now that we have grown from zero to hundreds of clients, we are ready to “strike out on our own”. We have secured a new space in Long Island City, designed to suit our meal production model. Also with this growth, we have secured terrific press coverage, from ABC News to Vogue Magazine. We look forward to continued growth and success.
