The Apple Pushers film follows the inspiring stories of immigrant NYC Green Cart vendors who sell fresh fruits and vegetables in communities across the city. These vendors share their stories of running a business and taking care of their families, while uncovering issues of access to healthy foods, the obesity crisis, immigration and entry level entrepreneurship, all from their perspective.
