BY TRAIN: Take the Number 4 train to 167th Street Station. Walk up the hill one block and make a left onto Gerard. At the next corner, which is E. 168th Street, make a right. Approximately half way up the block you will see the entrance to Urban Horizons.

OR Take the B or D to 167th Street. Exit at the head of the train, and turn left out the turnstiles, then right up the stairs to Grand Concourse. Walk straight ahead one block to 168th, then left two blocks downhill, past Walton. Urban Horizons is on your left, ground floor entrance past the steps and immediately before Gerard Avenue.

BY CAR: From Manhattan, take the FDR north to Willis Avenue Bridge onto Major Deegan Highway. Exit at 138th Street/Grand Concourse. Take Grand Concourse to 167th Street. Make a left on 167th Street, drive 2 blocks down and make right onto Gerard drive down to 168th street building is located on the right. Parking is generally available on Gerard between 167th and 168th Streets. From Long Island/Queens, take the GCP to the Triborough Bridge. Bear left after toll to 87North (Major Deegan). Exit at 161 st. Street. Bear right to Jerome Avenue. Make a right onto 167th Street. Make a left onto Gerard Avenue. Make a right onto 168th Street;

OR take the Throgs Neck Bridge. Bear left after the toll to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Exit at Jerome Avenue, make a left (south) at junction, which will be Jerome Ave. follow to 167th Street and make a left. Make a left onto Gerard Avenue. Make a right onto 168th Street. From the North, take the Saw Mill River Parkway to the Mosholu Parkway Exit. Then take the Grand Concourse going south. From the service road make a right onto 168th Street, come down 168th street 2 blocks.

Parking is generally available on Gerard between 167th and 168th Streets.
